Returns & Exchanges 2021

If you for any reason are not completely satisfied with our products, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase as long as the products are returned unused and in the original box. As soon as we have received and approved your return, we will notify you. If you do wish a refund we will credit your credit card. Shipment costs for the return of the product is paid by you and will not be refunded by EHURRAY unless the return is due to breakage or damage during shipping.

Shopping

It is simple to shop with us. Select the items you want to purchase and place them in your basket. Fill out your personal and payment information. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Europe (EU)

Delivery time: 7-10 business days. Shipping cost: €5. Free shipping: Over €100.

Rest of the world

Delivery time: It depends on your location. Shipping cost: $10. Free shipping: Over $150.

Payment

EHURRAY accepts the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Maestro. Don’t panic when your currency will be changed to EUR/USD at checkout.

No tracking

We do not guarantee package tracking as it is not available for all orders. If you have any questions in relation to your delivery, please contact support@ehurray.com
